Troubleshooting and Functions

Here below are some of the main components of which are contained in mobile phones along with trouble shooting and functions :
1. Antenna Switch
Function: As processors and complement and unify the voltage signal RX and TX signals.
Trouble Shooting:
* No network
* Only one out of network only
* Signal fluctuates
* At the time of the signal appeared to die instantly hp

2. Audio IC (COBBA)
Function: As an incoming voice signal processing of RF IC, then amplified and transmitted to the speakers, to strengthen the sound vibrations that have been modified in advance by the mic into electric vibrations and then forwarded to RF ICs, run the command from the CPU. In the IC Audio also has PCM (Pulse Code Module) and the EEPROM which is used to read the coded signal coming from the operator to conform with the phone IMEI. Besides, it also serves to store data that is permanent such as IMEI, phone code, etc..
Trouble Shooting:
* Contact Service
* Blank black on the LCD
* Signal fluctuates
* Sepiker and Mic dead

3. IC CPU
Function: CPU is an integrated set of electronic components and will function in accordance with their respective duties. This component has a very significant task, because this component is a brain and a cell phone. In other words, the CPU is a central and mobile work system.
Trouble Shooting:
* Total death (Matot)
* No network
* Restart
* Suddenly hp die alone
* Contact Service
* LCD blank

4. IC Power (CCONT)
Function: As a supplier of voltage electric current to each component according to his needs.
Trouble Shooting:
* Total death (Matot)
* Insert simcard
* Contact Service
* Restart
* Not charging
* Blank black on the LCD

5. UEM IC
Function: As a supplier of voltage electric current to each component according to his needs. At UEM IC is a combination of Power IC, IC UI, IC Charging.
Trouble Shooting:
* Total death (Matot)
* UPP Bad Response 02
* Error data 2 (Tornado)
* Contact retailers / contact service
* Phone restic (check IMEI ???????)

6. Flash IC
Function: This component as a medium for data storage on phones that are not permanent in other words can be changed or added to the data residing on a computer. This tool is the same function as the hard-disk on the computer.
Trouble Shooting:
* Restart
* Suddenly hp die alone
* Contact Service
* LCD blank
* Total death
* One missing data dati menu

7. EEPROM (Electrically Programmable Read Only Memory Erase)
Function: For storage of data on the phone that is designed not depend on the presence of electric current from the device, because there has been a special battery or an electrical current that has been owned, usually this component manufacturers such as storing data IMEI1, IMEI2, Security Code, the program version and date manufacture. But for the latest Nokia mobile phones brand data contained in this component can not be changed.
Trouble Shooting:
* Total death (software)

8. MCU (Master Control Unit)
Function: Data that is in the phone located in the audio IC, data is permanent or is from the factory, such as: mobile phone version of the program, IMEI, year of manufacture, and phone codes.
Trouble Shooting:
* Total death (software)

9. IC RAM
Function: This component is basically a data storage area as well, but it is only temporary, since these components the way it works depends on electric currents contained in the component. If the phone is turned off so that direct the data contained in the component will disappear by itself. This component is closely related to CPU activity. The greater capacity of the RAM it will be good dula performance of the CPU, but if the RAM is corrupt, the CPU can not work.

10. Charging IC
Function: This component will work automatically when charging is working only to fill the battery voltage is controlled by the CPU through the controller IC.
Trouble Shooting:
* No charging
* Nyedot battery

11. UI IC
Function: As a data controller who was ordered by the IC CPU on Vibrator, Buzzer, LED and is as automatic switches in the phone.
Trouble Shooting:
* Total death
* No vibration
* Ring die
* Led dead

12. IC PA
Function: As a control voltage signal and the amplifier end of the TX signal will be emitted through the antenna switch components which are on the phone.
Trouble Shooting:
* The signal out and then disappear
* Not transmit
* Finding networks
* Nyedot battery
* Total Death (Matot)

13. RF IC (HAGAR)
Function: As an RX signal controller (incoming) and TX (out), so that each part can work properly. This component consists of several parts, namely: IF, Mixer, Oscillator, Detector, Encoder, Decoder, AFC, Tone Frequency and Squelch.
Trouble Shooting:
* Finding networks
* Exit one network
* Total Death (Matot)
* Restart
* Blank White on the LCD

14. IC VCO (voltage control oscillator)
Function: As an oscillator / frequency generator that will be sent via the TX (transmission) and the frequency of which enter through the RX (reception) to stay the same as those emitted. Besides, these devices also function as a regulator of voltage pulses of RF Signal Processor.
Trouble Shooting:
* Only one card that can be used
* Looking for a network (serching)
* The signal out and then disappear

15. LCD (Liquid Crystal Display)
Function: As a tool that will display all the activity and cell phones, as communication media read and write on the phone.
Trouble Shooting:
* Blank
* Article is a mess
* Broken

16. Keypad
Function: As input devices that provide data to the CPU commands the phone to be processed and will be sent to other related components in the phone.
Trouble Shooting:
* Blank
* Article is a mess
* Broken

17. Battery
Function: as a source of electric current needed to provide electrical current to the phone. Battery for mobile phones there are several kinds, namely Nickel-metal hydrate (NiMH), Lithium-Ion (Lion), and Lithium-Poly ¬ I RI-(LiPoly)
Trouble Shooting:
* Ngedrop
* During the call, direct hp die
* LCD lights blink
* Charging failure
