The problems the keypad on the phone there is some sort, though very rare event of damage on the phone keypad. Here are some types of damage on the phone keypad along with the solution :
* If one keypad is pressed but does not work, for example number 3, we check and test voltage (volts) in key 3, the voltage (volts) that comes out is 0 V, it means there is no voltage (volts) comes out. Such damage can be caused by poor connectivity on track, we try to clean first keypad brass plate on the PCB by using an ordinary pencil eraser we use. If still not successful then we do the jumper by the way: For instance was the number 3 is not working then jumperlah number 3 was the number 2 (horizontal) and item 6 (vertical), the jumpers 'outer circle' brass plate between the number 3 with number 2 (horizontally), then the jumpers 'sphere of' brass plate between the number 3 to number 6 (vertically).
* All the keypad does not work alias 'hangs', then check and test in advance whether the IC Power is still good, just warm up if IC Power is still good, or replace it with a new IC Power IC Power if it turns out it is damaged. After that do the program (flash).
* One of the keypad when pressed then the exit is not the same, for example, we press the number 5 but who came out number 1. We check and test voltage (volts) at the 5, then the voltage (volts), the exit is 2.0 V. Such damage can be caused by poor connectivity, we do like the way the jumpers above.
* One button is pressed it causes the phone to die, if we check or test the voltage (volts) emitted is 2.8 V.
